What is Artisanal Catering?
Artisanal catering is simply catering - with a flair. We combine culinary artistry with visually striking decor for your catering table. This includes unique items such as gold chaffer dishes, porcelain bowls, risers for elevating food, natural wood boards & platforms, flameless candles, and fresh floral sprigs such as baby’s breath, seasonal flowers, and/or fresh greenery.
Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
Of course! We will work with you every step of the way to ensure that all of your guests receive a meal that is inclusive and enjoyable. We can accommodate allergies, vegetarian or vegan preferences, and gluten free needs.
What is a 12% service fee and why is it added to my bill?
Our service fee is a flat rate added to the subtotal of your invoice to cover overall labor, administrative, and operational costs. This fee supports the extensive kitchen prep work, equipment usage, transportation and packing time, as well as the administrative tasks involved in catering, including quotes, menu planning, and paperwork. Please note that the service fee is not a gratuity. It helps support our overall operations and does not go directly to service staff.
Do I need to put a deposit down to hold my date?
Yes. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date at the time of booking.
I’m not sure how many guests will be at my event. When do I need to give you my final numbers?
We understand that guest counts can fluctuate. However, we require that final numbers are given 5 days before your event. If you can confirm your guest count earlier, even better!
